Growth Data Analyst - Remote

What will your role be?


  • We are looking for a creator, with an agile and iterative approach, to build and execute on our data strategy to enable product-led growth.

  • Working horizontally across our business, you will bring data insight to inform our key business decisions and help shape our business strategy

  • You will be given the flexibility and autonomy to make decisions and do what you do best.

  • We expect to be challenged on our current approach, even if it means pivoting completely from what we are currently doing.

  • As an integral member of the team, you will contribute your ideas to help Fearless Labs become a leader in the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities


  • You will track the end-to-end user journey, understanding how users arrive at our website and how they convert into our using our software.

  • Your analysis will help us to understand user behaviours from each marketing channel and track how much revenue each contributes.

  • You will track ROI, conversion rates, activation rates, churn rates and revenue, so we can get a fully transparent picture of what enterprise value our sales and marketing activities are providing.

  • You will also track user behaviours, user actions, and certain feature usage to highlight when a customer has a higher propensity to realise value.

  • Your analysis will be directly driving decision making on strategy and where to deploy capital to maximise our ROI.

  • You will build, track and analyse different A/B tests for a variety of purposes.

  • You will work with the product team to understand the objectives of features and how they relate to growth. You will help identify the tracking, goals, analytical testing and attribution analysis needed to support this.

Experience Required


  • Experience working as a data analyst across product and/or marketing. Experience working with or for B2B SaaS companies is desirable.

  • You understand the commercial / financial side of a SaaS company in addition to behavioral website/product/user data and use this knowledge to recommend fit for purpose solutions.

  • You have extensive experience of A/B testing, analytical funnels and cohort analysis.

  • You have an understanding of data modelling patterns and practical experience of applying this to business data.

  • You have used modern BI tools

  • Experience with Python is a plus
